This French Butter Crock is very simple to use, keeping your butter soft and spreadable without going rancid. It’s designed to perfectly fit a stick of butter with no mess or struggle. Press the lid over a stick of butter with the wrapper still on the bottom. Flip it over and press down on the wrapper with your thumbs, securing the butter in the lid. Fill the basin with about a quarter cup of water, and place the lid on top, with the butter facing down. The water creates an airtight seal, keeping your butter fresh for up to 3 weeks! (replace water every 3 days)
