We are in the midst of canning season. Berries are ripening, and as the summer starts to heat up, gardens are busy growing future harvest bounty. Soon there will be more vegetables and fruits than we know what to do with! There are many opportunities to make delicious jams and jellies, pickles and preserves with water bath canning. For low-acid foods like veggies, soups, and meats, you’ll need a reliable pressure canner to get the job done.
We love the All American Pressure Canner, and have been carrying it in our store for years. The Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry has manufactured All American Pressure Canners since the 1930s. They are made of sturdy, hand cast aluminum for fast, even heating. There is no gasket to replace- they feature a metal-to-metal seal, and all models have a readable pressure gauge for accurate pressure control, and automatic overpressure release.
We carry three sizes:
15.5 quart (holds 10 pints or 7 quart jars)
21.5 quart (holds 19 pints or 7 quart jars)
30 quart (holds 19 pints or 14 quart jars)
*** Please note that because of their weight, using these pressure canners on glass-top ranges is not recommended. The 15.5 quart size is not recommended for canning fish.***

Positive action clamping wing nuts permit easy opening and closing.

Easy to read geared steam gauge. Settings of 5 psi, 10 psi, and 15 psi.
